At Stripped Beauty®, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and the customer service experience that you deserve. For returns, please reach out hello@strippedbeauty.com with your order number and the product’s you’d like to return or exchange, and we’ll handle the rest. 

Let’s get into our Return Policy. 

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order. You must provide us with the original order number, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note this excludes the cost of delivery, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was damaged upon receipt. We do not reimburse shipping costs. If you received any discount when you paid, any refund will only reflect the amount you actually paid. Please note, gift cards are final sale. 

Upon receipt of your return, it may take our team up to 10 business days for us to inspect your item/s and issue you a refund. You then will receive a confirmation email with the amount refunded, please allow 5-10 days for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

Shipping Concerns

A part of our lab-to-face philosophy is ensuring that you receive the highest quality product; from formulation to shipping. While we strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, once the package leaves our lab it is out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping or delivery delays that are outside of our control, including those caused by the courier or other factors that may occur during shipping. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly with your tracking number for assistance. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Please note that we reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, and it is the responsibility of the customer to review the most recent version of our Return Policy before making a purchase. By purchasing and continuing to use Stripped Beauty®, customers are indicating their acceptance of this Return Policy.
